Product Introduction

ZLEB1 is a smart livestock ear tag for cattle, sheep and similar animals. It uses 360° through-ear-axle temperature sensing to capture animal body temperature in real time, and integrates step counting and tamper alarm. Over a 2.4G proprietary protocol (300 m line-of-sight in open fields), the tag sends temperature, step count, tamper alarm, battery level and positioning data to the ZLGW-R01 gateway, which forwards it to the cloud via 4G / WiFi. Together with the positioning platform, it enables abnormal-temperature alerts, estrus / disease auxiliary diagnosis and asset anti-loss.

Key Features

ZLEB1 monitors animal body temperature and activity at ultra-low power. It raises an alarm immediately when temperature exceeds the threshold or the tag is removed illegally. The 2.4G proprietary protocol ensures stable 300 m communication in open pastures; the 120mAh coin cell provides about 12 months of maintenance-free operation, while IP67 protection and a 12g lightweight design keep the animal comfortable and the tag durable.
